Meet Laura & Bryan. They are getting married in April at The Lost Oak Winery in Burleson (formerly the Lone Oak Winery). I loved Laura’s style and the kind way that Bryan was sweet on her. We had an amazing day in December with great light for their engagement portraits. I am always aiming to photograph the unique intimacy that an engaged or married couple share. I want to capture the warmth, the affection and the closeness that should come with being married. Having someone to share life with on a daily basis, having someone know you better than anyone else and choosing to share a similar path in life with someone are all very intimate things we chose to do when we join ourselves together in marriage to our spouses. I want to document these moments for couples so that they have a physical reminder of their emotional connectedness that will hopefully bless their marriage and give them a great reminder of how they felt about each other when challenges may come and they don’t feel as close to their spouse. I’m really proud of this engagement portrait session because I feel as though I was able to capture the sweet interaction between this beautiful couple. I hope you see some emotion in each frame and have a sense of what they feel for each other.
