After their wedding ceremony at First United Methodist Church of Richardson, Cari & Chris had their wedding reception at Bella. It is a lovely reception venue. It was so much fun photographing Cari and Chris celebrate their wedding with such a lovely and fun reception. I was so surprised to hear their first dance song “Nothing Fancy” by one of my all-time favorite singer/songwriters Dave Barnes. It was a song we had sung at our wedding ceremony. I just welled up with tears and just keep shooting them as they held each other close during their first song. It was definitely a sweet moment. The rest of their reception they spent visiting all of their guests and dancing the night away.
