Melissa & Brandon’s wedding day was a beautiful day — also one of the few without rain lately. This super sweet couple had so many little things change during their planning that it was a great blessing to have sunshine. They held their ceremony at Haggard Park in Downtown Plano. Meredith at Significant Events of Texas helped coordinate this sweet, intimate outdoor wedding. She was a total joy to work with through the planning of Melissa and Brandon’s wedding. For this Friday evening wedding, I was only there for three hours, but we got some killer shots and it was really nice to be a part of their wedding celebration! Definitely one of my favorite groom’s expressions. It’s like you can hear him softly saying “wow.” 
They did something I had never seen in a ceremony before.. they did a hand binding ritual. Meredith said it was something done in Irish weddings, but that Melissa and Brandon really liked the symbolism of binding their lives together.
There was a flower market across the street, so we walked over there for some of their couple portrait time and I’m totally pleased with the results. 🙂
