Stephanie & Caleb were married January 9 at Prestonwood Baptist Church. We had quite an adventure on her bridal portrait session at the Arbor Hills Nature Preserve. I’ve photographed so many portrait sessions at the Arbor Hills Nature Preserve, but I believe that Stephanie’s wedding dress had a special appeal to the many insects that call the fields home. I know I should totally not be sharing this, but it was insane how the bugs loved Steph’s dress! She was AMAZING in the way she just kept working it! Her mom probably thought I was insane for suggesting this wilderness location for her daughter’s bridals, but I still love the photos and the shoot was an experience I won’t forget. 🙂
I just love my happy brides! Stephanie is a classic, beautiful bride! I loved her classic, sophisticated up-do with her MAC make up and pearls.
After the fields we went to a second, more traditional bridal portrait location: The Frisco Heritage Chapel in downtown Frisco. It’s a beautiful small chapel with rich wood pews and traditional stain glass. This was a very safe and bug-free environment. 🙂Thanks for being an adventurous bride Steph! I loved how much we laughed in the fields and the amazing portraits we captured of you in the exciting times of your life. I can’t wait to share your wedding photos!
