This is a photo of me and my hubby at our home during last week’s ice & snow storms in North Texas. I have never seen this much snow fall in Dallas in my entire life (it was about 5-6 inches where we live). It was quite a surprise after the ice storm and the 3 days of cabin fever to have such a beautiful snow fall! I woke up, ran outside, and I felt like a kid on Christmas morning! I just got so giddy and excited to see all of that snow!
Last week was such a beautiful and unexpected blessing because Aaron and I got to spend so much time together. It was a vacation from the everyday life. I’m a huge fan of quality time and I don’t think I could have had a better week.
