Amy & Brendan were married on Valentine’s Day at a Dallas Municipal Courthouse. It was definitely one of the quickest weddings I’ve ever photographed — I felt like we were in a whirlwind of happiness! These two were so excited to be married! They had made some different plans for their intimate wedding day, but Brendan’s deployment schedule was a bit unpredictable so they were just rolling with it! We had an amazing time photographing them after their wedding ceremony at Lakeside Park, then we went to Gigi’s Cupcakes in the Inwood Village for wedding cake (and the ladies there were so sweet and gifted the cupcakes as a wedding present to Amy & Brendan) and we got some Starbucks to toast the couple. I even convinced them to do a first dance and with my jawbox speaker with me, I played Brad Paisley’s “She’s Everything” and they danced a few minutes outside of the Starbucks. It was just perfect! And we had the most amazing 70 degree day in Dallas — totally the cherry on top! I hope you enjoy viewing these courthouse wedding photos. Lora & I love photographing small weddings for couples!
