This moment. The one, where a man decides he’s going to ask his sweetheart to be his wife… this moment is the best! And I have never seen such a joyful and happy reaction from a bride. I was just so giddy and happy to document THIS moment for them. Blaine called me to devise the perfect plan, but in reality, he had everything planned perfectly! The garden proposal, the surprise engagement party — it was perfect! Marie Gabrielle is one of my favorite wedding venues in Dallas and I just love this garden in the heart of downtown. After the proposal and a few portraits, I went to meet up at the surprise party at Dolce Riviera to capture her reaction to seeing her loved ones waiting there to celebrate with them. It was perfect! Seriously: this was my favorite proposal to photograph yet and I just can’t wait for you to see some of my favorite photos from their day!
