McKenzie & Connor were married in a lovely wedding ceremony at dusk at Chapel Creek Ranch. These two have been together since high school. The moment McKenzie saw Connor, she wanted to get to know him. After a year of classes together, Connor eventually asked McKenzie out during the summer between their junior and senior years. They went to Texas Tech together and last year he proposed to her after a sweet day date at Sixty Vine & The Dallas Arboretum. It was an incredible joy to photograph and document the love between these two on their wedding day. They have a beautiful, tender and fabulously fun relationship! The two have a beautiful and caring chemistry and their wedding day was a day when everyone they knew genuinely celebrated the couple and their first day as husband and wife. One of my favorite moments was their first look: it was just an overwhelming joyful moment for them both and it’s times like that where I am so happy to be there to capture their emotion and connection. It was fun for me to see so many students from an old youth ministry where I served and to see them growing up, getting married and celebrating their lives with them. So many photos to share!
