It’s been fun getting to know new people and explore new places in making my move to San Diego. I jumped right into the opportunity to attend and document the “Keep It Downtown” Networking event at Parq West. Parq West is an awesome downtown San Diego wedding venue. They have a gorgeous ballroom, suites for getting ready, patio areas for cocktail hour and an outdoor ceremony space as well. I was grateful to come out and photograph this monthly networking event for them. This was a 1950s themed event, complete with a mini dance lesson by Firehouse Swing. For event photography, I shoot a variety of details, “party pics,” speaking portions of the evening and general interaction between guests.
